Game doesn't update visuals

Since jovian concord droped i have been having problems with the game. While on missions (mostly endless) my screen would randomly freeze on a single frame and not update while my game would still run in the background(sounds interactions and all that).If i alt+tab clicking on anything would brought me back to the frozen game screen while crtl+alt+del would change the screen to black and the game would still run. Extracting while in this state(2 times one with the friends guided me the other was ESO) caused the game to outright crash one time and the other time the loding time seemed to extend into infinity. Don't know if it's something with my pc or game but will update if anything surfices.
