Game not playable because updates won't load.

So when I log into warframe. It won't let me play because it says some of the updates weren't loaded. Because of the server. So I'm stuck on the loading screen with a black rectangles, which takes up 25% of my screen in the middle saying updates couldn't load so I'm just saying if people had the same problem. Because I can't fix It even though I've done everything people have done. I've went through Internet field Internet field, but it never works. So I'm just asking if you have the same problem and if you do? How do you fix it and no deleting and reinstalling the game hard shutting down my consul did not work?
