Ryuu_Risto Posted June 17, 2019 Author Share Posted June 17, 2019 Upon further inspection it would seem that the actual increases are not affected if they're not charged during the duration of the buff. In that case it appears that Vex Armour doesn't check the ability strength/range upon activation, but when taking damage, which results in inconsistent buff increases at the end of the relic buff.
