Archwing Unusuable / Missing

As of two patches ago, I noticed a strange bug where I lost access to my archwing loadout in the arsenal. I have two archwings, Itzal and Odonata, and both of them still function when launched on the Plains of Eidolon and Orb Vallis maps, but I've been locked out of missions that involve use of archwings entirely, and I can't customize them. I have no idea what caused this glitch, but it's become an annoyance as I'm unable to complete sorties that have archwing missions for instance, as the game gives me an error telling me I have no archwing equipped and haven't finished the questline. (I did, a long time ago for reference.)
