Reproducable Fish Provision Bug

I've been able to reproduce this 3 times in a row with a controller (PS4 settings), by doing the following:

1. I have 6 different servofish I want to donate to Biz.
2. I manually choose the first fish and select all of them (X on a PS4 controller, chose the max amount)
3. I notice (yet again) that there is a select all button, so I press it. (Square on PS4 controller)
4. Since the first fish I chose was deselected I select them again. (X again)
5. Then this happens:

This only happens when you follow the steps once in the provision window. Do it again and you choose the fish as normal. If I left the provision screen and enter it again, I could reproduce this result. Also note that I had 6 different servofish (one rarity of scrubber, 3 different rarities of mirewinder and 2 rarities of Synathid). I do not know if this happens with more or less different fish types or if it happens on Cetus.
