Channeled ultimates receiving more than 175% efficiency

To be a bit more clear, the drain per second, not the cost to activate the ability. If the ability is the frame's 4 it receives increased efficiency beyond 175%. The easiest frame to notice it on is Equinox. (we're going to assume day form so I can type a bit less) If you equip a 1 from the top Fleeting Expertise and 1 from the top Streamline to achieve max efficiency, her 3 gets .75 energy/power and her 4 gets 1.13 energy/second. Max them and her 3 stays at .75 and her 4 decreases to .88. I would assume this is unintentional but it's reflected on the wiki with no mention of the fact that you're going beyond 175% efficiency.
