blaustein Posted July 7, 2019 Share Posted July 7, 2019 (edited) Title. I've been stuck like that for 3 hours, ever since I downloaded the update. I tried everything I could think of. Restarting the launcher, Steam, the computer, starting in admin mode, nothing works. It just says "Checking for new content" with 2.1mb written to the right, and it stays like that forever.
