Valkyr Prime Unresponsive After Hysteria

Sometimes, when I go into Valkyr Prime's 4, if I fight for a bit and then press 4 again to exit hysteria mode, she will become unresponsive. Her arms will be stuck at her sides like a cowboy about to draw a gun, and she will not be able to do anything except walk/run/jump. She will not attack in any way. She will not use any items or open anything. She will not be able to activate any abilities or use any weapons or anything at all. She will also not be able to edge grab. It has happened about 3 times in the past few weeks, but it does not happen every time I exit hysteria.
