I wonder how a gun-based frame will work if you decide to go sword alone.

Does she conjure magical guns like Excalibur conjures magical swords?

Close but no cigar. From her concept art the pistols are physically attached to her forearms. So they should work kinda like Valkyr's claws or Ash's hidden blades. When put away her arm pistols look a little like tonfas, they're pretty long. My guess is a little inspiration from Trigun or Hellsing.

I've been trying to figure out what kind of pistol they are.

Long bull barrels like those are common revolver modifications, and the hammers look like ornate SA hammers, but I just can't find the cylinder.

Or, if I have that barrel is friggen massive.

Any help on attempting to deduce what form of firearm they are?

Space Magic Cannon.

Because it is a revolver without a cylinder.

Thus Space Magic Cannon.

The closest I got is a Deringer but that has two barrels and is really short.

1) A revolver without a cylinder is not a revolver.

2) A derringer may have as little as one barrel, to as many as four.  (I have seen an eight barreled derringer in person though)

Maybe the wepon is powered by they Warframe's energy, and not bullets. Thus, no need for a cylinder.

Possible.

We're all Space Magic Ninjas, so there's that.

We're not ninjas.

We're super soldiers created to kill the sentients.

Some of our tactics actually mirror stormtroopers or grenadiers.

Well I knew 1. But it is what it looks like does it not?

2 I didn't know, I wonder what a eight barreled one looks like now though.
