Also, do traquilized enemies stay down forever? If you stick a soldier poster on it, when you raise suspicion you can stand up and they will salute and act like you are a guard. You just need to unlock Weapon Customization. As it stands, when you develop weapons it comes with a preset of attachments and parts and you can't change that, and the starter sniper starts very barebones.
