Long story short, I've found it's baby which led me to a cave where she was fighting off a colossal spider who tried to kill her baby. Then I killed the spider and she marked me by my scent or something. After some time she tried pulling me into her and she did it successfully once and I had to escape through her pee-hole. She kept on trying and then gave up, changing the size of her body to that of a Lamia and just "glued" onto me. *takes a sip from her coffee* Lunch was nice yesterday.
