I've tried to change that, but the system is stubborn, so it'll be at least a century before reforms take place. You're probably just raiding my lewd dungeon. You need to Fulton Skulls to get their Parasites to use their abilities. FOB's are Forward Operating Bases, essentially a second Mother Base that players can invade. I think you have to get further in the story though before you can get them. 2. I unno, I play on PC. *walks over and has a seat next to Utrs* Very comfortable. *wiggles back and forth a little* Very soft.
