I think you have to get further in the story though before you can get them. 2. I unno, I play on PC. Also, TPP is definitely farmable in terms of getting soldiers of rank B. I've five men all with the codename hunting bison, but they're amazing at whatever it is they do individually. 2. Oh, well.
