Wukong's Cloudwalker not working on certain part of Ceres map

There's a part of the Ceres' map that if I used Cloudwalker and try to fly through it, Wukong would suddenly lose the ability to fly and would fall.

It's when I cross the railings that it's happening, anywhere else just works fine.
