Separate cache sound volume

Hi,

It would be great if the shimmer sound of caches on Sabotage missions could be controlled by a separate volume control. I'd love this for the gunshot sounds as well.

Generally I like the sound effects, but I usually move the slider to about half since the constant rat-a-tat can become a little overwhelming. This makes the sabotage missions a little harder though.

Please, this! Also, separate volume for private messages would be very good, especially when someone wants to trade with you.
