Character is stuck after ending Wukong's Primal Fury

This has happened in two games now.  After using Primal Fury and then ending it, my character becomes "stuck".  I can move, but I cannot use skills, melee attacks, or switch to a gun.  My energy continues to drain as though I were still in Primal Fury.  Attempting to use any skill results in the message "Ability In Use".

This happens to me as well. It doesn't trigger every time, but it still happens quite often.
