GPU Usage after recent updates

Been playing for the past few weeks with no issues as far as fps, constant 144fps with vsync while sitting at about 90% utilization. Starting yesterday or so I've been unable to hold a constant 144. My GPU usage sits at 50% never going above and getting constant fps drops down to about 100fps causing it to feel quite bad. Ran benchmarks in other games and will hit 100% usage no issue on GPU.
