No timer on the Plains and Vallis maps

I have 1280x1024 monitor and when I open an extended map in Plains and Vallis, there is a graphic clock, but under clock is empty.
I just recently saw in the screenshot of one of the players that under the graphic clock there should be a day and night timer on the plains and the temperature in the vallis.
