I have a issue, i saw on youtube and on twitch that the operator talks during any missions and i have asked them how it is possible and they said that i needed to do the war within quest. The issue is that i already did the war within quest a while ago and my operator still didn't talk at all. I have tried to reset to defaults my settings my still nothing happens.
