Burst laser shot very very slow

this sentinel gun shot very slow even if the UI mod say 4 shot/sec but when get in mission it just like 1,5-2shot/sec
and one man told me 
"There's a bug with the Burst Laser weapons, that the shots are only fully visible when you are the host. When not being the host, only the first shot of the three projectiles will be visible, which would imply a very slow fire rate. However this is only a visual bug, and there's actually damage done even when projectiles are not being fired."
maybe he right
