Ash_of_Narmer Posted September 8, 2019 Share Posted September 8, 2019 I was playing on my alt account, and was just getting ready to go initiate with Simiaris. I went to talk to him, and he gave the usual speech, asked if I was gonna help him perform synthesis, to which I replied yes. After selecting the yes option, he gave me an item called "Name" that had a black rectangle as an image and then the UI disappeared and I was stuck looking at Simaris who froze and didnt say anything.
