Freezing when warframe in loading something

these happens in scenario when u using bloated windows 10 with no SSD, the os it self tend to frequent uses of disk and cpu for unknown reason no matter how for u optimize it. it getting worse when warframe decied to ditch support for HDD such as pepsiman for teammate loading in the game, arsenal exit, fortuna elevator exit, etc. this happens quite frequent now.
DE please. whatever the game is loading just not make it appear instead of freezing the program until windows decided to terminate it.

all this happen after i move from windows 7 to win 10 1903 which cant be debloated anymore.
