Playstion online issue

This might not be a place for this question 

but i coudn't find any solutions on google or youtube 

when i check internet speed on ps4 it says 'this router in use might not support ip packet fragmentation' this error just randomly popped 2 weeks ago 

it takes forever to connect to rainbow six siege and fallout 76 but at the same time when i play battlefield 1-5 or Cod mwr i get no issues

i have tried changing mtu turning on/off the upnp and also changing every single settings in router even changed the ip address but still no fix

i haven't been able to play games from the past 2 weeks , at this point its just annoying asf

also contacted ubisoft they tell me to port forward which i have no clue how to do it 

not even the service provider knows how to do it 

Does anybody knows a fix or am i just #*!%ed
