Nulifier bug

Hi not sure if this is the right tab to post it if no pls show me to which one it should go.  So here i go:)

Yesterday I was doing distortion and i saw strange bug.

While i was playing khora i jumped up and casted her dome, didnt noticed a nulifier under me and during casting i was stoped in middle of animation cast. The Energy for that was used i was ok with that but the problem was that i couldnt do any thing my char was stucked until i was downed. Dont have any Pictures nor movies showing that but it was annoying to not being Able to do any thing.
