Really Slow Update Speed. Please Help

So This is an issue with the warframe launcher my download speed is less than 50KB Speed and when i turn on Bulk download just goes up to 100 KB and i gotta DL 4GB And its gonna be hard? Anyway to fix this?

Btw I Cant verify the games files that doesnt work.

Edit: Also i think the download speed depends on ur PC's Performance
