Allow Kuva Larvling spawn any mission, better UI to choose whether to create a Lich

1. MAKE THE LICH KILLING CUTSCENE CLIENT AUTHORITATIVE.

On high lag hosts the cutscene sometimes just does not happen. Makes sense to sync on Kuva Thralls, as other players can kill them. but not for the Kuva Lich, it is restricted to the player. 

 

2. REUSE THE KUVA LICH ANIMATION TO CHOOSE WHETHER TO CREATE A LICH FROM A LARVLING, OR KILL KILL IT.

It will be good to reuse the convert/slay screen from the Kuva Lich on the larvling, for UI consistency, it teaches the player what to expect later on. 

You could give the player the choice of an additional reward to kill kill the larvling, or let the Kuva Lich be born to harvest the Kuva Lich rewards later on.

 

3. INTEGRATE KUVA LARVLING IN OTHER MISSION TYPES.

RESCUE - There should be a door with a different mark on the prison, where a Kuva Larvling would be. Player would have a choice to open that door, and then kill it for the reward or create a Kuva Lich.

CAPTURE - The capture target would be a Kuva Larvling in Grinneer missions.

EXTERMINATE - Let alarms get to lockdown stage 3 times to spawn a larvling.

SURVIVAL/DEFENSE - Every 5 waves/ 5 minute cycles adds a cumulative 25% chance to spawn a Larvling, until it spawns.

INTERCEPTION - Let Enemy progress accumulate 50% across message decryption cycles to spawn a Larvling.

EXCAVATION - Every successful excavation adds a cumulative 25% chance to spawn a Larvling.

SPY - one of the safe rooms would randomly spawn a larvling when decrypted.

 

Nightmare, Invasion, Void Fissures would not prevent Kuva Larvlings from spawning.

Having a mechanic to prevent Kuva Lich creation even when a Larvling spawns is all that is necessary to preserve player choice.
