Can't Get out of Archwing

This issue occur within this week and I didn't see it as an issue at first, maybe just as a small glitch, that would soon leave. But I'm still having this problem now. Whenever I go into Archwing I'm completely stuck and the only way I can actually unequip from Archwing is flying into the water. I've been to my settings to check out Archwing's section and I didn't see anything that said It could change the letter for it supposedly being "E" , unless I misread. I also have tried to access my gear option, "Q", but that is also locked while I am in Archwing. So I'm a little confused on why it's not working and I would like some help with this issue.

Edit: I've even tried to reset my controls/keybind but still the same issue
