Horrible Performance since latest hotfix. (The old Blood: Prime Vault 26.0.8)

Since the last hotfix which added the the unvaulting for Ash Prime and Vauban Prime, I've been experiencing sever performance issues.

Before the hotifx, I would have been able to run the game at a stable 100+ FPS but now once the hotfix, I have barely reached more than 30-40 FPS
Here is a rundown of my specs.

• CPU: Intel I7700K 2.80GHz
• GPU: Nvidia GeForece 1050 /4GB VRAM
• RAM: 16GB DDR4
• Memory: 1TB- HDD 256GB SSD

I'm curious if anyone else experiences these kinds of issues and if the have encountered it, what kind of solution did you came up with ?

(Before anyone mentions, I tried playing with the settings, reinstalling the game, and even doing a full reinstall of windows)
