Overloaded servers results in Kuva loss during Riven cycling

With the overloaded servers with the Rising Tide update, I have encountered a couple of problems.

1. Selection of old vs. new riven in riven cycling can fail to be saved to the servers. An error message pops up when this occurs and the old riven configuration is retained even if the player picks the new configuration. However, the player is still charged Kuva for the riven cycling. Players should not be charged Kuva if the selection operation save does not succeed. The fact that I lost out on a better riven configuration sucks too but life is not fair.

2. After one of the above failures, I ran a mission. At the end of the mission, upon returning to the lander, I was immediately returned to the riven cycle result selection screen and had to pick between the old and new riven configurations. This should not have happened obviously.
