Certain Cave in PoE has massive frame drops on some locations

There are two Spotlights in the cave, when you walk into their illumination frames drop from 144 to 60ish. Only two of the spotlights cause this behaviour. Display settings based on  "High" with Film Grain, Ambient Occlusion, Depth of Field, Motion Blur, Bloom, Color Correction disabled. FoV is 78
