FPS Drops after last update

Hi, I am experiencing smaller (sometimes bigger) random FPS drops after last update. Before update the game was running on high (with a few custom tweaks) smoothly on 60FPS. Now on medium it still drops far below 60FPS and I think that dropping the settings did no improvement. Optimizing and Verifying did not solve the problem. Shortly after update I had a problem that game was running between 15-30FPS, but this problem was solved with veryfing + optimizing, so I am quite sure, that update broke the game for me.

My specs are:

I7-9850H

16Gigs of RAM

M.2 SSD

GTX1650 (Latest drivers)

 

Power saving modes are Off. Laptop is set to maximum performance. Any ideas anybody? 🙂
