Unable to melee

When playing baruuk and using his serene storm ability, sometimes I'll be unable to use any melee after a bit. My baruuk will just do this weird stutter instead of meleeing. It's getting on my nerves quite a bit considering it happens very often, usually about 25% of the time. I'm unable to even use my melee weapon and refreshing the ability does nothing.

I've had this happen too, as a majority Baruuk player it fortunately hasn't happened too often. But when it does, the only way I've reliably solved it is to die and force a revive (which obviously shouldn't be happening)
