[Empyrean-27.0.8]Can we remove the level spawn cap on NON-ELITE Fighters to spawn in higher VEIL nodes, or just the Non-Elite Exo Cutter?

Non-Elite Exo Fighters stop spawning after the first 2 mission nodes in VEIL PROXIMA. 

A few days ago I made a post to ask them to put non-elite Cutters back into the Veil because I believe they give the missions in the Veil more UMPF! than the Elite Cutters.

They did this, but they have a level spawn cap....I believe they stop spawning after like...level 35 or so. I haven't seen them at all after the first 2 mission nodes in Veil Proxima.

Just really hope DE would remove the level spawn cap for the non-elite fighters and just, let them spawn in higher mission nodes up until Ruse War Field, the last node in the Veil Proxima.

Or at least, just let the Exo Cutters, the non-elite ones spawn in later Veil Proxima missions because the other non-elte fighters are already out-shined by their Elite ones, except for the Cutters, both variants behave differently.

Normal Cutters shoot autoguns that can't be shot out, easier to kill, deal slightly more dps

Elite Cutters shoot homing rockets, can be shot out, longer to kill, deal...a bit less dps.

I really want them both to be in every Veil Proxima mission nodes because they're pretty much...different types of fighter. it seems like a waste to remove the non-elite Cutters, because as I stated and perhaps only me, they do bring a level of intensity that the Elite Cutters don't. 

Normal Flak and Taktis can stop spawning after a certain level because their Elite variant already does what they do. 

I really do hope DE consider this, I know this isn't anything game-breaking or much important but personally I think it's a subtle, quality of life change that I think would be nice to see.
