Matching making problems/ error script.

I’m getting an error script on my screen that says “ could not find a session in progress. New sessions must be launched from a railjack stationed in a dojo’s dry dock.” I know where are open squads and peoplte are doing the missions. I then hit “OK” and it cancels the whole mission. It also seems I can’t join any open squads, I can only host and people join me.
