Railjack mission not completing

So  we did a high lvl railjack mission and finished all objectives and the mission indicator kept saying all members must return to ship, one player was afking and eventually left. But the mission did not conclude. Eventually we ran out of stupid sealing foam and failed mission. It is quite depressing we spend about an hour finishing all the objectives and still fail the mission just because some one is afking outside and not reenter ship, some may use this tactic to troll.
