Exilus Mods (need more inclusion)

There's a various assortment of issues with the "Exilus mods."
Its not just warframe exilus mods. Its also weapon mods.
While the exclusion of "Natural Talent" from Warframe Exilus slots is somewhat reasonable,
the exclusion of "Hawk Eye" from secondary Exilus slots its nonsensical.
You have Conclaive themed Exilus mods that do negative zoom while airborne but NOT plus zoom.
I don't understand it, & I feel once you see this, you won't understand it either.
