Kuva Ayanga bugged, no explosion damage at all

I tried to use my Kuva Ayanga in a mission and dumped about 3 magazines into a lvl ~30 arch-wing enemy (with rubedo lined barrel and parallax scope). I tested from far away then tested close, and then finally at middle range. The explosion damage is not there at all, even in flavor text. I emptied multiple magazines on multiple different enemies and it's a total bust

Yup, got this also, the AoE damage has disappeared completely since one of the latest patches.
