(PSN)Manic_Mad_Hatter Posted January 11, 2020 Share Posted January 11, 2020 So the speed for the Archwings was buffed and titania was not considered to be excluded from this? You use her Razor Wing augment and it buffs the speed and with the archwing speed buff for rail jack you just made her pointless. Once fully buffed for the purpose of her build her speed is like teleportation across a room and almost killing your self.
