(XBOX)BlackReaper463 Posted January 14, 2020 Share Posted January 14, 2020 So I am trying to get imprints off my kavat and it keeps saying that I have to claim my imprints. It's not just my kavat, it's all of my pets. I tried to hit the claim button, but a window pops up saying "unknown error". Then when I go to create a random incubation and hit the imprints button thing to see if I have any imprints, another window pops up saying unable to claim any imprints go to genetic tab to claim or make imprints.
