I came back to warframe after a long break

I came back to warframe after a long break and im trying to get the personal quarters i read that i must finished the war within which i did way before i took a break and it was suppose to be in my inbox but its no where to be found what do i do?

The personal quarters is a segment you have to make in the foundry, so you should check there to see if the blueprint is there.

i did but its not there ;c

You may have to ask support to see if it never got sent out.

Maybe you have to set a specific quest in order to get the blueprint or something like that? 

I recall that you normally get the blueprint from the war within.

Maybe check the inventory itself and search for it via the search bar?

Otherwise i would suggest the same as KCToxic and contact the support, but keep in mind that it can take a while until they respond.
