The Aclis can be purchased for 190 platinum or the blueprint for 20 000 credits.

Sounds like you combined Acrid and Ignis. The "freeze anything hit by it for 2 seconds" seems too strong. Change that to slow and it's all good.

Sounds like this could work as a corpus cryo-ray. As much as i'd like to see more toys in the chem lab at this point I can't say no to being Mr Freeze.
