Fashionframe request: Make Ivara Prime's skirt an auxiliary attachment

A simple request - make Ivara Prime's skirt an auxiliary attachment to allow for more variety in fashionframes. Her skirt is nice, but it limits the player when customizing Ivara Prime. Currently, if you want a look for Ivara Prime that doesn't use the skirt, you have to turn off prime details - which most players will probably respond with "you say that like it's a bad thing" -  or use the Skathi deluxe skin, which isn't easy to work with. By making the skirt an auxiliary attachment, you can use it in fashionframes that don't require Ivara Prime's default skin, and use the default skin in fashionframes that make the most of the details on Ivara Prime.

Either that or give us the ability to make it fully transparent by turning all energy to black. The skirt is really bothersome and many have asked for the ability to make it fully transparent.
