Go to Fortuna on Venus -> Door is on the left if staring at the exit elevator

In your orbiter's cockpit on the right is a market menu -> find ivara -> Leverian is located at the bottom right corner -> The card will be will be behind you.

after update some reward gone and the prex and fragment is the newest
