As Garuda you can infinitely charge the 1st ability even without energy by doing these steps: 1. Operator Energy Pool: Have 1st ability set charging the blood ball. 2. Hold infinitely... 3. (Kinda) It doesn't need anymore energy so it works even if you run out. So just let go whenever. (Yea that's it just 2.) Edited March 22, 2020 by Skr00_-ner. Forgot to add a part.
