Abilities & Operator Mode Issue

Okay so, last week I played with Octavia's Mandachord and showed a friend in simulacrum the abilities and the music. This was the last time abilities worked. Since then, the game has crashed a lot, up to 3 times a day. It crashed today after I quit the game. Anyways, my point is that I have verified and optimized my game each time it's crashed... but my abilities haven't worked since. The game knows I'm hitting the respective keys, still set to default 1-5... it won't cast them though. I can't even go into operator mode.

Can we please figure this out? Cause my keyboard works... and idk what is happening.
