Since i updated my AMD Drivers to the 2020 Edition, I always have the problem that the Framerate is fixed to 25 Fps after i past the login screen. I have to go first in the Display settings where are already 144 Hz selected and change that to 120 Hz. press confirm and than go back to the settings and change again to 144 Hz and confirm to fix the problem.
