Unable to enter railjack after completing Rising Tide

This morning I finally finished Rising Tide, and completed my railjack. But while the railjack is sitting there in my dojo dry dock, fully completed, I don't have any way of entering it. None of the terminals in the dry dock give an option to enter, and I do not have the transporter to the railjack in my orbiter. I also don't have any options in my pause menu to enter the railjack. Am I bugged? I was looking forward to finally starting to do some railjack content after I completed mine, but now I have but yet don't have a railjack to use.
