Less Scarlet Spear relays

Right now, Scarlet Spear is still new and fresh but sooner or later its going to die down as any game-within-a-game. 
The suggestion is simple, less relays = more players in the remaining relays = higher murex driven away rates. This is necessary because people are still stoop sometimes and think they can just solo an entire flotilla and will join a fresh one much rather than supporting an existing one. 
Also given the changes to rewards, players are going to run the required amount of missions to reach 5k score and be gone immediatly, resulting in even less contribution. 

Right now it seems scarlet spear relays can hit up to 100. I suggest lowering them to 50 already, potentially even less once Scarlet Spear has died down a bit, though it will probably see another surge once the gold and platin tier arcanes are added.
