Is Inventory Shared By Warframes?

Hello all!

I'm new here, as title says, my question is simple. Like, if I started with an Excalibur, then in the future get another warframe, will they share the same inventory, or each has their personal space?

I'm asking because I'd really like to share the Braton Vandal with my possible new warframe(s) and it's unavailable now.

Also, when gathering parts, resources, are they shared?
