A weird hypothesis for the current kill-code problem

So , first of all , this is just a hypothesis . I'm not an engineer .

 

Currently , there is a problem that people can't receive kill code .

And in an accident , our team's squad link broke , and when we return to relay , we can't go back ,and our team is still display as a space squad .
it seems that the game didn't registered that we failed our mission and are already back .

Is there any possible relation between these two ?

 

Or maybe just because there are too many people , or have something to do with VPN 😕
